The bike came in and was as described and looks good out the box but didn’t run and after contacting seller they refused to help just told me to contact manufacture So needless to say I have had it since November and still don’t run so I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this seller he is hatful and seems to think it not running isn’t his problem

The buyer claims "I refused to help" but in the same comment said I referred her to the manufacturer because all bikes come with direct customer support + parts warranty. They helped with her problems + sent parts for FREE. Buyer never communicated anything else until 2 months later asking to be reimbursed for shop fees which is not reasonable + past she was past the 30 day return policy set by eBay. Buyer became rude and more over this. I wish her well.
