I got the "used" not "refurbished" S1 pro and it works fine. Had a clean benchy in no time. It's basically brand new. You can tell by the nozzle that someone did a print or two before it got returned. Only thing missing was the SD card. Not too big of a deal. If that happens make sure you get one formated to FAT32 & not exFAT. I thought I had an issue at first, then I grabbed the SD from my other ender 3 to try and I realized the problem. For only $130 I'm probably going to buy another one.

Was a bit skeptical buying a used machine. But it has been nothing but amazing! Getting it setup properly and test printed perfect the first time. I’ve done many prints now without issue on the printers end. More of my setup error.
Were some extremely minor blemishes. And a blemish on the print bed. Somehow that blemish on the bed still makes a nice print when printed over. Whoever had it before me must have returned it after trying to print one time. Rollers and everything were like new!

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
