Received item and it was sealed, new in box as described. Item would not work. Contacted Polk support and they confirmed it was defective and said I should return it for refund. Seller refused to try and make it right and just restated "No Returns".

Seller advertised size 8 but I received a size 6. So they’re a bit snug. Not the end of the world, but still slightly disappointing.
I will say the leggings were shipped swiftly and in new condition as advertised with the tag still attached.
I did send a message to let seller know, but response was just “oh no, sorry.” Not even partial refund offered or exchange or shipping refund.
Everything else was a good experience so I’m grateful for that.
