Definitely a used printer. The printer platform is gouged and nothing sticks. Have to replace that or use glass in order for it to work. The settings won't save so have to dial them in and check frequently to make sure the nozzle is still heated. It was advertised as refurbished, probably is. It shipped quickly and assembled easily. I got what I paid for.

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

I 3 refurbs! Packed well in a factory box and shipped quickly. Factory checked over, and it all works out of the box. Very little tweaking and it makes good prints. Plus full warranty!
