Seller worked with me a lot, and the communication stayed solid. Packaging was really really good, but the chandelier came with a arm broken. It wasn’t snapped, so maybe it just wasn’t right from being put back together after the re wire…? Who cares though. It’s up. It looks great. Mounted it so you can barely tell.
