Meter is very cheap. When I first hooked it up, the #1 in 12 volt was flashing off. Then 12 would appear for 10 seconds, then off again. I opened the back and found that one of the pins from the IC chip was not fully seated and soldiered. I used my fingernail to bend that pin over to make contact. It worked, now reads the 12 again. However, the meter is NOT accurate. the battery is putting out 12.7v on bench. - Tested with regular high-tech voltmeters, this LED meter only registers 12.4v.!!!
