    Oscar Schmidt oe30 delta king

    This particular guitar was purchased used and is from 2010 when they were still made in Indonesia. The double washburn humbuckers are excellent and the guitar has a great tone and awesome sustain. It can be played quietly without amplification or quite raucously when plugged into my Fender amp. I've seen the Chinese version and am not to impressed. Overall this guitar is now my favorite after new strings. The Grover tuners are tight and hold tuning very well. The finish is excellent and easy to clean. I'm impressed with the construction using mahogany for the body and a maple neck with rosewood feet board. I would give it 4 1/2 out of 5 stars especially when considering the price.

    Great guitar for the price. Plays better than some of my much more expensive guitars.

    The guitar is very well made for the price point. Intonation and string height was great right out of the box. It was double boxed for shipping by the way. No complaints so far.

    Tobacco Road

    this guitar, while inexpensive, is very well made & just a lot of fun to play!! Only drawback is that the strings are cheap, but I ordered some decent ones to replace them, so no big deal here. Personally, i think this is one investment that I chose wisely. It's design feels pretty comfortable to play, and I am going to use it to play the blues, because I envision it sounding deep and tonal with the blues strings that are heading my way!! Even with the cheap strings it's not bad sounding, just tinny, which is noot my preference. Very happy with this purchase!!! Now to come up with a cool name for it( Lucille is taken!)

    Oscar Schmidt OE30 electric guitar

    I am a music teacher and I like to give lessons to my students on as good a product as is possible.At the price this particular guitar sells for, there isn't any way to get a better teaching tool. These Oscar Schmidt series OE30 electric guitars play exceptionaly well and easy to hold .They are an instrument that can be with you from the very first note you play till it's time to pass it on to children and grandchildren.They will become the the future collectable for it's sound and durability plus they are Beautiful and come in great colors with astounding full binding.All in all a great choice for playing Rock to Blugrass.I own and play several of them regularly and enjoy every note of every song I play on them.

    Good guitar

    The only thing I can put my finger on is that it missed a screw on the key tuner. The styrings was too low (buzz). No answer from the manufactor either.
