I was surprised when I opened the box, I was expecting the printer condition to be nice but honestly everything I pulled from the box was in brand new condition. The included printed and video instructions were excellent and I was able to get the printer fully assembled in about 1 hour. This is my second 3D printer so I realized that bed leveling is a critical step. I took the time to watch the included setup video and everything went well. Printed 3DBenchy EXCELLENT!! Plus 2 yr. warranty!!

Worked well out of the box but make sure you check the POM wheels. Some did need to be tightened. Oh and for newbies like me you tighten the wheels by turning the bottom 2 things that look bolt nuts behind the wheel. They are kind of odd when they turn their off-centered to tighten it somehow. And from what I've seen on YouTube videos, the wheels will produce a little bit of powder to wear down to the shape of the grooves. Apparently that's normal. If you feel a bump when moving it that's not.

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
