    Poor quality control from manufacturer

    The box was missing the instructions, the connection fitting and the hose between the faucet and the filter cartridge.

    Housing bent on the undersink water filter

    It's obviously defective. The item was being installed by a professional plumber. Apparently the housing is bent and I won't go together without leaking. I have to go out and get another one locally because this 1 is not working at all.
