I took some pictures and messaged the team at R&Y A/C asking to replace just the broken part.     Una de las piezas recibidas vino doblada y el compresor que me enviaron no era el correcto. Les hice llegar foto comparativa del mío vs el que ellos me enviaron. Insistían en que su compresor era el correcto cuando la imagen que les envié demuestra lo contrario. Luego de múltiples comunicaciones con el vendedor aceptaron la devolución, pero NO me reembolsaron el 100% lo cual creo injusto porque el error no fue mío. Las piezas fueron empacadas y devueltas en perfecto estado.
