I ordered an Incipio iPhone 11 case that was listed incorrectly. Upon delivery and trying to fit on my phone it became apparent that it was not going to fit.
Reread the description and saw that it was listed for an IPhone 11 and a 5.8” screen. This was actually for the Pro model. After messaging the seller he immediately refunded my purchase price because of incorrect listing.
Very happy with quick response/refund. Disappointed that it didn’t fit ☹️ but life goes on.

The seller had posted a photo in the listing so any potential buyer would not just read the info about the broke or missing handle latch and I thought that was good practice for any persons attempting to make a sale on eBay. And there was even a card tapped to the box indicating what my shipping preferences were. It is unfortunate but despite the good intentions of the seller, I found my package in the mud in my backyard. No worries. I didn't find the 4 handle screws though. Any thoughts?
