    PROS: 1. All 24 Ports is 10/100 with POE 2. Has 4 RJ-45 gigabit uplinks 3. Web UI Management 4. Good support from Cisco 5. Not overly expensive CONS: 1. Only 180 Watts for POE 2. Loud fan noise
