HORRIBLE The 4 tirea keep loosing aire pressure already changed the 4 valves and the problem still the same the pep boys installers told me the tires are defective I contact customer service and they ask me for the internal series numer which is inside the tire and the tires are already mounted, I’m not going to pay for them to be removed from the rim just to check a serial number horrible service

We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with tires you purchased. As far as the warranty claim that was started for your defective tire goes, it's still in review and may take more than a couple of days for the manufacturer to approve your claim. We're working diligently with the manufacturer to resolve the claim as fast as possible, and will continue to update you on it regularly. Thank you kindly.
