The ruck sack system I purchased came covered in caulking for some reason and the seller did not label the main bag as a older generation 1 bag that does not have a water proof gusset. They changed the listing after I purchased it. I spoke w them about a refund but I would’ve lost the cost of original shipping if I returned it, so I reluctantly decided to keep it but am not satisfied with the purchase

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase, However, this description clearly states the bag is a random choice gen1/gen2. You failed to read the description. Additionally, you were told that you could return this for a full refund, no costs associated. You are fabricating false claims regarding return shipping costs.

My pack was missing a buckle I contacted the seller and the seller said we would send one out tomorrow, waited over a week no buckle ever came, I sent another message saying hey I never got that buckle, seller didn't respond, I sent another message saying hey if you don't send that buckle I'm going to leave negative feedback then he says I'm threatening him for something that would be out of pocket and he is no longer willing to work with me and has contacted ebay. listed items as minor damage possible. Items I received were unusable. Items were missing critical components to wear it, and it's shoulder straps were cut, making it unusable. They said "minor" damage "possible", the products they sell are far beyond "minor". When contacting them to get replacements, the decision was made to just replace the badly damaged components. They seemed motivated and friendly at first. But after some time waiting, they began to lie and stall. After a month, I gave up.

This buyer is making false claims and misusing the feedback system. In private message, buyer initially had me change address on the order (1st Violation), stated no longer lives at the address the account links w. Received bags, stated one of two packs is in good condition, just one pack having issues with. buyer demanded replacement parts (2nd violation). I happily offered options, including replacement parts and return w/ full refund. Buyer never responded

Item was as described/pictured, and in great used shape. Good price. The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response. But instead the seller apologized, politely explained the situation, and the rucksack still arrived about a week after I ordered it (with free shipping). I'm very impressed and will be buying more from this seller.

I am leaving a positive because they were true to their word and refunded my money. The pack I received had a cracked frame and more wear/damage than I expected based on the description. The listing stated “these rucksacks I just stocked are in some of the best shape I have seen yet!!!” which is misleading. The seller offered a refund or replacement but since they couldn’t guarantee a better condition pack, I chose a refund. Item was slow to ship,arrived in garbage bag.
