Discovered that the 4 prongs push "IN" 2 hold the phone in place. Without phone being on it makes a rattle noise maybe if its pushed up or 2 the side it won't. Held the phone very well very secure. Would buy again or as a gift. Only used 2 days & very happy with this purchase. Came fast excellent vendor!!

And the the condition I received my package due to the delivery system.. Im thankful they didnt damage my items.. The package was tore up from the handling.. Big whole on one side and looked like it was kicked around.. The whole outside of the package was covered in dirt and you can see skid marks.
