    Doesn't work

    I was finally excited to find a product that would defrost and dispense my frozen fish food without me having to do it. However, this product didn't work for me. I must not have good or fast enough surface agitation or something. I removed the two cups and am just using the middle ring piece as a feeding ring so this purchase wasn't a total loss.
