All the parts were there and packed sufficiently/safely in the box. The box was not beat up. Got it fast. Went together with no issues. After initial auto leveling test I did some 1 layer print testing around the whole print bed with little squares to set the zero offset. That can take a few hours depending on how the adjustments are incremented. Mine took about 2 hours and and now it's dialed in and it works fine. All is well. Just as good as a new one with same support and warranty.

Fast shipping and good communication. Although a refurb, they reached out shortly after close of auction to tell me “if it’s broken we will fix it” because “the shippers sometimes are rough.” I replied about ensuring things are packaged well, but upon receiving the box, all WAS well. It was a little tricky to get everything working, but as my first 3D printer, I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve already printed the Boaty test model and a much larger 48 hour job is already running.
