The seller offered a 50% refund and told me it was advertised as a lab-created stone, which was not advertised or even that. It took a lot of back and forth to receive a full refund. Buyers - ask questions and ask for documentation with this seller and these stones.

After detailed testing of my purchase for authenticity it seems this was a scam as it is not natural and no Welo Opals come from Australia. On informing the seller that they are breaching ebay policy misrepresenting products and it was in their interest to issue an immediate refund, well, surprise surprise! Immediate refund issued and reply said it was a Lab made gem. This is not how it's advertised and many others seem to be getting duped by this seller! AVOID!! BEWARE!!
