    Read the enclosed instructions!!!

    This product does what it is supposed to do- just be mindful of a few things: Read the directions regarding trimming the top whip to get the frequency range you need. I trimmed about half an inch at a time to get where I needed to be. Your situation will differ depending on what (if anything) is near your antenna. Understand that your antenna will still work but it will not be as broad-banded as it is with the full size whip. There are always trade-offs with shorter antennas; this is not a design flaw- just laws of physics. Enjoy not hitting low hanging tree branches and other obstacles.

    36" center Load Antenna for Wilson %000

    It served the purpose for lowering the height but trying to get SWR down to where you can operate safely from your Radio you can forget that. I have had many Antennas, this by far was my worse choice for obtaining what I wanted and still preform good.

    Pretty good antenna

    I drive a Subaru STI and i was using the full size Wilson 1000 trunk lip mount and it looked ridiculous! This 36 '' whip looks way better and it was easy to tune. The reception and range does come pretty close to the full size whip but this works just fine for my setup.

    Shorter whip

    It works as advertised, if you don't want a tall antenna. The center load can't handle the full power the normal antenna is rated for. Good as advertised, instructions very understandable.

    Great alternative to the 62” whip antenna

    I purchased the Wilson 1000 that comes with the 62” whip antenna, on top of a 4Runner that crazy high. This is why I purchased the Wilson Short Load antenna. Installation I thought was a breeze along with setting the SWR. Quality looks great and shipping was wonderful. I highly recommended the Wilson Short load antenna.
