Contacted the seller. Product arrived early...ok...however, at delivery the item arrived in a large steel crate and left in my driveway. Questioned the young men and was told, "We only deliver." Convinced them to open the crate, they did, but left the steel crate in my driveway where it remains. It was clear I needed to return...contacted the seller immediately and was told I needed to repack and return. I'm in a wheelchair...it's clear I'm unable to do so and no I don't have a friend to do it.
