I ordered one and it was delivered withing the estimated delivery dates. I set it up in my existing fitbit account, it connected with no problems, no lost previous data. I am very satisfied with the order, price, delivery, and performance of the new Charge 2.

It's working fine, and I'm happy with it. The product name had one letter difference so this can happen. When contacting the retailer, they send me the right product the same day. Accidents can happen, mistakes too. It comes to this: how do you solve it when something did not went good. They solved it right away, so this is very good. Waiting for the product to arrive.
