I PUT IT TOGETHER EASILY. I charged the battery fully. There are three green lights and one red on the battery. I put the battery in the rack and locked it in with the key-switch. I turned on the switch for the battery. I have a K5 switch. I press the on/offf switch and PERFECT. Thanks. I really appreciate the waterproof connectors! I am an engineer and this bike is made with all the stuff I need. I will put the Tannus Armour tire inserts and 3" tubes on it.

This bike is absolutely amazing. If you're a bigger guy and on the fence about buying this, let my review put your worries to ease. I'm 290 lbs and this this rides around with no problem. I got it up to 35mph as advertised, and even climbed a steep hill at 15mph steady. The customer service is Grade A+! I had a problem with my kickstand and they're sending me a new one, no questions asked. Amazing service. If you're thinking about buying one, you most definitely should.

got here faster than promised, packaged with great care. It came from halfway around the world and made it without being damaged. you can tell the freight carriers tried to break it from all the dents on the box but the packaging withheld all the punishment it was dealt. seller answered my questions within 12 hours and that to me is a big plus. The bike is exactly as described. not difficult to assemble as it came with all the necessary tools. excellent transaction.
