Very prompt and well packaged! We like these knives so was happy to find more available! We use them alot especially for butchering. I polished them up so they look nice and clean. One suggestion I would have is to polish things up a little when selling. I don't have any complaints, but others may. I failed to take a "before" picture to show the difference. I have some children who like to do the same thing as you are doing. Keep up the good work!

The positive feedback is greatly appreciated. This is the exact item description concerning this: Conditions vary. These are listed as pre-owned but some have never been used, some used only a few times. Some could have been lightly sharpened. All guaranteed to be a great cutting knife from the makers of some of the best knives out there for holding a sharp edge. I just wiped these down for the pictures but they may also need wiped down/washed when you receive them.
