The shipping took a little longer than what I had thought but it had arrived a couple of days after the expected date so it wasn’t a big deal. There weren’t any scratches or cracks on the screen but there were multiple dents on the corners of the phone. That being said I’ve had it for about a week and have had no problems with the functionality of the phone. So if you don’t have a problem with a couple of dents then this item is perfect for you.

The refurbs didn’t meet our expectations as far as working correctly but the items were in very good condition cosmetically. We returned them both for a full refund which was seamless and we were refunded in a matter of a few days.
We just were not happy with performance.

Item was as described - excellent condition! Looks brand new and no issues.Only challenge was with shipping, which isn't necessarily seller's fault. UPS was supposed to deliver in 3 days, but took twice as long. Seller was open to helping when it seemed temporarily that the package may have gotten lost. Overall would buy again from this seller!
