Item showed 2 day shipping. The item still hadn't been sent to UPS after 5 days. The first email I sent to the company they told me it was out of their control once UPS had it. However, UPS never received the package. After I emailed the business back and then they told me the system was acting up and they could not tell me when the package would ship out. The only good thing is that they did a refund. That money was tied up for 10 days with nothing to show for it.

Item was as described - excellent condition! Looks brand new and no issues.Only challenge was with shipping, which isn't necessarily seller's fault. UPS was supposed to deliver in 3 days, but took twice as long. Seller was open to helping when it seemed temporarily that the package may have gotten lost. Overall would buy again from this seller!
