I wasn’t very sure at first because I couldn’t believe the price but I’m so glad I took the risk. Shipping was faster than expected, package came in good conditions and the bike was untouched. Instructions aren’t very clear on how to assemble but a couple YouTube videos made magic. I’m in love with it, very solid, good traction, big power and long battery life. I would recommend this to anyone who is starting with electric bikes just like me, very good and reliable choice!
