I bought the wrong size cpu heatsink from these guys. Obviously I didn't know it at the time. Found out immediately when it arrived and the mounting screws didn't line up. Hit the return button, repackaged it, and sent it right back. They really gave me a no questions asked experience. I'd definitely buy from them again.
