Credible true ghost documentary
A HAUNTING IN GEORGIA is one episode of a TV documentary series about alleged hauntings. This particular haunting is interesting because it involves a little girl and the ghost of a kindly old man. But when the girl reaches her teens, the elderly man stops visiting, and the house seems to be haunted by scarier spirits. Every explanation is proposed, from place memory to sentient ghosts to demons to the girl being psychic. Nothing is ever proven --- in other words, the house doesn't turn out to be the scene of a murder or built on the site of a cemetery --- and the paranormal activity never completely disappears. This lack of a tidy ending makes the story more credible, but also somewhat frustrating. If you need closure and a solid backstory, a fictional horror movie would be a better ...
