Seller did respond to messages, but not in an expected timely manner. The sunglasses were supposed to be brand new and in the box, but arrived all scratched and nicked up. The cloth bag they came is was also dirty and had who knows what all over it. Seller stated they would process a refund, which I appreciate and agree was the right choice. Just very disappointed in the whole ordeal, as the sunglasses were meant to be a gift and now I'm left scrambling to find a new alternative.
