I had to really think about this. They did accept an offer, but it was advertised as perfect condition. Pics were grainy. It arrived with a huge chip under the lid & black filled chip on the rose. I don't like neg, or asking for a refund, but I asked MULTIPLE times about the condition. They're valueless damaged. $80 later, I returned it. Couldn't refuse item was NOT as described. All they had to say was we accepted your offer. How about "Sorry"?? No responsibility so I'd PASS THIS person by!!!
