I ordered a black crossbody and instead got a mini blue wallet, clearly not what I paid for. Seller took days to ship the item, even though I am located in the same state and receive shipments from sellers on the east coast in shorter time. I had to reach out to the seller to inform that they had shipped the wrong item. Responses were minimal. They did issue a return slip but I had to go through the inconvenience of making a trip to the post office to make the return. Not fun.
