    Mini one wire alternator

    t's an oddball size meaning that finding a mount for it is near impossible. The real problem is that they advertise it as a one wire alternator which it is NOT. An extra wire must be run to a switched hot wire to excite it. Plus is that delivery is quick.

    NOT a true one wire alternator

    It is not a true one wire alternator.It is called a one wire capable alternator.You must run a wire from the ignition switch to the I terminal on the back of the alternator to supply power to the regulator,or run a jumper wire from the large post on the alternator....But if you do this it will drain the battery quickly,as the alternator is consuming electricity
