Packaging was disappointing but it was a good value so I can see not wanting to put extra money into a package. BUT the item was an 1837 Pocket Bible so it is very fragile and was in a bubble envelope package with no protection inside and the Bible was in a ziploc bag in there. I had another box in my mailbox and because of the packaging was the bubble envelope they smooshed it into the little space.
