    This product works

    If you have problems with lactose intolerance, you will probably find that these pills can be life-changing. I love a nonfat latte in the morning, and there's no way I could have one without taking Lactaid. I simply take two with my first sip of coffee, and I have no problem. If I forget, I know within minutes, and it can ruin a large part of my day. So, I recommend this product.

    It's a Godsend

    I really use this product a LOT, and have ever since I became dairy intolerant, about 22 years ago. I would be soooooooo sick without it! Seriously. It's a Godsend. Sometimes I crave dairy, probably because it's something I never have, and I remember once ordering a vanilla milkshake at our local burger joint. (Oh, they make such GREAT shakes there!) Of course I didn't want to get sick, so I took 3 capsules of Lactaid with the shake (I keep a supply of Lactaid in my purse), and that shake was the best thing I think I have EVER had. Although it was years ago, I remember to this day. And no, I did not get sick at all. Thank you, Lactaid !!!

    Lactaid Fast Act is the best

    Lactaid Fast Act is the most effective product I've used in enabling me to digest dairy. Other brands don't work as well and I end up having to take more in order to get the same results as Lactaid Fast Act.
