    Terrible service. Seller made 2 mistakes, told me to return it, & never even apologized for the hassle of returning they caused me. First mistake: 2 yarn colors with the same photo. I accidentally ordered 305 instead of 304 because of that, & notified them before paying. They agreed to send 304 but sent 305 anyway. They claimed confusion despite confirming they’d send 304 in messages (see screenshot). No apology, no consideration for the inconvenience. They don’t care if they mess up your order.

    I did say that I was sorry for sending the wrong color number by mistake and had buyer return the item for a full refund.

    Seller is now lying about having apologized when, as proven in the screenshots, they never did. Yes, I did receive the refund for the one skein, but zero consideration for the time and money I lost because they messed up in the first place. Seller is also having negative feedback removed unfairly, beware.
