She assured me she knew how. She absolutely did! Upon opening the boxes, each packing step was stellar. Short of putting a piano on top of the box, the carrier was not going to harm the items by their negligence. All other aspects of the sale were excellent--communication, follow-up, and immediate shipment. Great Seller!!!
