Also a "Vinyl" seller, I believe there are 4 steps that need to be achieved: 1. Honest description. 2. Quick communication 3. Pack well (cardboard box w/bubble wrap & mark it fragile 4. Ship quickly (who likes to wait?).Seller hit two of the 4 bases. Packed well & honest decription. No communication & I hafd to ask several times when it would be shipped. So, "Neutral" feedback seems appropiate.

Listed this program as in “like new condition” and when I noticed a rip on the cover I contacted them asking if maybe they’d want to knock a little off the price since that clearly wasn’t true. More just as a gesture of apology? Instead, they lied and said it wasn’t there when they shipped it and must have happened in the mail…but there was no damage to the packaging, and when I zoomed in on their (purposely?) blurry pic in the listing, there was the rip! I dislike dishonesty.
