Very good customer service. I have had a couple things I had to contact LiTime about, and they respond within 24 hours. I currently have 2 LiTime 230ah batteries, a 60 amp MPPT charger, 500 amp battery monitor and shunt and 40 amp AC to DC charger. I satisfied with all. I particularly love the BMS associated with this battery. I am new to the world if solar arrays and this is my first build, so knowing that all that protection is there to guard me from my own stupidity is a big plus!

The batteries were received very quickly since I was lucky enough to live in the same state as one of their shipping warehouses. They were well packed and received exactly as described. I had some issues and questions regarding the installation wiring for these batteries and I have to say that my questions were addressed faster than any other seller that I have dealt with in years. This has been a very good experience so far. Purchasing the batteries, I was impressed with the quick delivery and impressive packaging. Lithium batteries were obviously packed carefully, each battery came with a very informative handbook and reminders. The company also was in touch with polite communication to confirm shipping/delivery.
Four batteries have been installed as a conversion from Lead Acid in a 100ah Ryobi lawnmower, and it's working perfectly. One more for a trolling motor.
