The reason for my neutral feedback is because the item I've received is not new. it was poorly packaged, it was dirty and it seemed like it was poorly kept in storage, therefore the item has some scratches and the important insulating fabric stripe was torn off. Seller was polite when I wrote to him though. My recommendation to the seller is - next time to give more specific photos and description and not to write item is new.
