You described these as brand new, but I think it would have been more honest to say they were an unwanted gift. I hadn’t noticed the Christmas gift wrapping paper on the photos and only saw it when they arrived. A bit of a shame as they are a present for someone else.

Unworn still in original packaging correct they were an unwanted gift. You could have returned them for a full refund inc return postage and to my mind they are brand new. Also I under charged on postage and paid ebay fees so possibly profited by 1.50. Maybe next time just return an item if you are that unhappy.
