The item that arrived was as described in the listing, the item was well-packed, and the item got to my doorstep fast. The best part of my experience, though, was that the seller took the time to send me an email before shipping to *just to make sure* that he was sending me the correct lens cap for my particular camera. The original item arrived quickly but, damaged. I wrote the seller providing information and pictures of the item and the packaging. The seller immediately wrote apologizing, saying that another item would be sent out in better packing. I was not surprised to hear this ( although greatly relieved ).
