I gave it a 4 because it wasn't an OEM Hitachi pump. It was in OEM packaging, so I can't say the seller was at fault. What I received was a cheap knock-off. I would say the John Deere aftersales Parts service/solutions department has gone downhill. It's too bad. I've always gone with JD OEM because of their quality, parts availability and good dealer network.
