The item I ordered was exactly what was described. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the case to get ready to attach it to my phone, I noticed it was cracked in many places. I took pictures and sent it to both Ebay and ProworxUSA, and they refunded my transaction. I believe in giving a person, and business, another chance.
