    Good printer for the money

    Overall setup was easy...connecting to Wi-Fi and installing drivers. Still trying to work out the printing from my phone. Quality is good for the money, but even the highest quality print left a little to be desired relative to a higher end laser printer. Transfer over Wi-Fi for highest quality prints took a long time, but that could be my Wi-Fi setup as well. I recommend this product highly over an ink jet especially if you don't do a lot of printing. I'll jet cartridges dry out and I found myself replacing cartridges a lot more than I wanted to because I don't print a lot, which turns out to be a lot of money in the long run in comparison.

    So-So

    This is an extremely heavy printer that took two hefty men to put on my printer table for me, If I had known this in advance, I personally would not have bought it, even though the features are good. Setting it up was a bit time consuming and I have not been able to make the black standard printing dark enough to really stand out. After about two months, it said I have a paper jam. I followed the instructions to fix that problem. It didn't work. (This was right before the pandemic hit). As a result, it is still sitting on the printer table in a non-working state. It is far too heavy to mail in for repairs, and because of the pandemic I cannot have a repairman come here. As far as my star ratings: I did not find it easy to set up- therefore the no response.     Do not buy!!!

    Ricoh printers are the worst... 3 different computers, 2 different phones, and it would sometimes connect to one of the computers, constantly have to turn it off and back on to get it to print, it goes to sleep after about 15 seconds of sitting even if you are navigating the menu... wifi direct and the NFC do not work. Half the time it will not print in color, you can print the same color page 5 times and it might print color one of those times... using the ricoh drivers it just wants to go into fax mode, I had to use a generic PCL6 driver just to get it to print on the one computer...

    I got this printer because I was tired of my ink drying out just because I didn't use it for a little bit. This is an awesome printer. Prints nice, wireless, print from your phone. I highly recommend this printer.

    AWESOME, FANTASTASTIC, THE VERY BEST PRINTER for the money!!!!!

    This printer is truly unbelievable! I have only used the printer and copier functions so far, but I truly believe this is the best printer I have ever used in my life. It has performed better than all the office machines I have used in my career--even those costing 20 times as much. I am thinking of buying a second one since I don't think this deal will ever come again. The color and clarity of the print is better than a book printer's. I haven't tried photographs but from the tests I have done, I am confident that I will be blown away. It sits there like dessert you don't want to eat because it is so beautiful. I I can't believe I own this professional laser printer. It is fast and simple to use. I have yet to download the 400 plus page operation guide to find even more functions. ...
