The item arrived on time, it is a perfect fit for the 2016 BMW 528i. Unfortunately, after I mounted it, the pan showed signs of a crack in the bottom due to a factory defect. I already bought another one from the dealer. I will not return it for that, since the price was very low. The work to replace this item is too much for having a defective part. The vendor should be more careful before sending another aluminum pan.

The transactional process went off without a hitch… FedEx screwed up the delivery process by placing the package in the wrong parcel box…
Based on FedEx ground shipping protocols, the Seller (not the buyer) has to file a report… I informed the seller about this, and the seller did not file a package delivered but not received report with FedEx… I was left alone to figure out the situation, and finally tracked down my package - creating stress and putting me behind repair schedule…
