    The instructions that came in box didnt ...

    The instructions that came in box didnt work for my 2015 ford focus se and I had to still have my mechanic buddy use his scan tool to apply adaptive learning to the tcm cause everything is eletric in clutch and better to do it with the scan tool because it make sure the actuators are working properly and makes sure the forks are set properly and that every gear works other then that great for the money and product came perfectly packaged and quickly delivered

    At this point the product seems good. However, there were no instructions and after installing my car wouldn t crank. I called my local mechanic, and they all said it needed to be flashed to my vin on my vehicle. So now I have to have my vehicle towed to the dealer to get this done. Proper information is crucial to a purchase like this. This information was nowhere on your product page, and it said it was pre-programmed which it may be to a point but not fully. Fix this issue before selling more of these!

    Arrived quickly and installation was good. The unit did not operate as expected, the clutches did not engage correctly. I purchased a cable and got Forscan program and programmed the car. For me it was difficult since it required computeer skills above my capability, but after watching you tube videos was able to program. Drives great now, I think the unit sold is a good quality. Ro
