Awesome stuff!
My hair was severely damaged from being colored and bleached too many times. I've been using this every day, sometimes just as a regular conditioner, and sometimes, every few days, if I can, I'll leave it on overnight. The condition of my hair has improved significantly! I do need to rinse my hair after leaving it on overnight, or it'll be kind of greasy, but I have a lot of hair and use quite a bit of this stuff.
