I purchased this item bc it would get here on time. The seller created the shipping label the next day but didn’t send for 2 days and the item didn’t arrive on time. I asked for a refund on shipping since it wasn’t on time and they refunded the entire item which wasn’t what I wanted. I was willing to pay for the item since it still came 3 days late. I said I’d pay for the item but no response. I just tried to purchase another item and blocked by them from purchasing items. Poor service.

The customer expressed a preference for a blue version of a scrub hat. Unfortunately, USPS scanning delays, caused by workforce constraints, led to late delivery beyond our control. We issued a full refund in response to the customer's complaint. Despite our efforts, we received unappreciative feedback from this particular client.
