DEN OF THIEVES. Purchased an iPhone from them and it was lost by UPS. They are now using a pending UPS investigation to refuse to give me a refund. When I send clear evidence that it has been lost. Their communication is atrocious. So, I’m out $800.00 on something that I never received. Totally appalling that eBay would permit this kind of behavior.
