The system didn't work initially, it took me couple of hours to figure the problem, the fuse attached to the B+ wire was broken, I went to AutoZone to buy a small box of fuses (they don't sell separately), I contacted with Auot-Vox, they refunded the fuse cost. It took me a couple of more days to install the system to my old Honda CRV, it works great. Auto-Vox service is great, but the product quality should be improved.
